Tyler’s rugby team had their first official matches of the season. Tyler played well but the team needs a little work. Jake rode with some friends Saturday in the hills then was supposed to race north of LA Sunday, but the race got canceled due to high winds, so he just rode closer to home and we did a little photo shoot with his new gear. The biggest news is Tyler passed his drivers permit test!!

Winter break is over unfortunately ☹  We celebrated Jake’s 18^th birthday camping and riding in the desert with friends. We celebrated Kristin’s birthday when we got back. We had a relaxing New Years with a couple friends over. Tyler has been enjoying Rugby practice. He had his first high school match this past weekend. Mom helped stretch him out the other night and found his limits 😊

Jake was also recognized with the Coach's Award at his football banquet. It was an amazing 4 years of high school football and we are extremely proud of him. Tyler’s rugby team had a fund raiser at a local car wash. We met up with some friends for a holiday dinner and Jake is hanging out with a friend from his old school. 

Ready for Christmas

Great weekend. Tyler had a Rugby scrimmage and team social Saturday. Jake had his motocross awards banquet at the Fox company headquarters up in Irvine. Because we couldn’t be both places, Tyler got to order his first short Uber on his own, which he said was fun. Jake had his last race of the year and placed 1^st for the series in both his classes.
