Tyler went to Homecoming on Saturday. It was near downtown so he, Kristin and I went to dinner on Shelter Island, dropped him, then Kristin and I had a nice date night downtown. 

My travel home got delayed from my work trip to Sicily due to ash from Mt Etna. I made it in time for Dungey’s 11^th birthday. Tyler has been doing a great job filling in as the center. Jake and I camped this weekend for a race he did Sunday.

Celebrated my 54th trip around the sun. Tyler has been doing great in Football. More racing trophies for Jake.

School has started for both boys. Tyler is driving himself to 10^th grade (he hates sitting in traffic) and Jake started a full load of classes at Miramar College today. Tyler’s football team won their first game of the season. He is a starting guard on the O-line. Jake and I did a grand prix race up in Big Bear on the ski slopes. It was a technical track but fun. Jake placed 2^nd in his class.
