Friday we met some friends at the beach for a BBQ and bonfire. Saturday and Sunday we went riding and camping with some friends at Pala. Sunday after we unloaded all the boys enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

We had a nice holiday weekend. Had neighbors over Saturday night for homemade pizza. Sunday Jake and I went riding with a boy in the neighborhood. Today we put the pool up and went to a neighbors house for swimming and dinner.

Jake and I had off school/work on Friday so we rode Tyler to school on our bikes and then went to get some laps in at the motocross track. That evening we got our trailer and all went camping at Lake Cuyamaca in the mountains outside of San Diego for the weekend. The boys had a great time fishing and making friends. They did great on a hike up to Cuyamaca Peak. We climbed from 4,900 feet up to almost 6,500 in less than 3 miles, so it was very steep. We (including Dungey) are doing to sleep great tonight.

Happy Mother's Day. The boys treated Mommy to breakfast in bed and we made her a steak dinner tonight for dinner. Last week Tyler won an award for outstanding artist at the school's annual art show.

Boys are doing great in Soccer. Tyler is steadily improving, figuring out passing and working with his team. He scored 2 goals tonight. Jake's team had an intense battle with the first-place team to win the session championship game. Tyler earned the character award at school. He is a character that is for sure. We went camping at a track outside LA with friends up over the weekend. The boys had fun and I got some riding in too.
