The boys and I had a great time at the Mini Majors race last week. Even Dungey had fun. Four days of riding and racing for kids only. They had lots of fun things for the kids to do… they had a bmx pump track, they rented out a real bmx track for a night, and one night we went to the sprint car races right next door. Kristin is back from Amsterdam and we are finally all home together at the same time.

I’m back from my trip and Kristin is off on another work trip, this time to Amsterdam for a week. We did get to see each other in the airport for 15 minutes. She and the boys did great while I was gone. They had a great Halloween. Today we met Jake’s buddy Mason for some riding at our local track.

On a truly sadder note, my mother passed away peacefully the week before. She loved to spoil the boys and they, as anyone who knew her, will dearly miss her.

Another race weekend. Smaller race, but much, much better ending with everyone not hurt. We took Jake and Tyler’s race buddies Nolan and Jarrett and Jake’s buddy from school Hunter, met us up there to camp. Everyone had a great time. Jake had his school jog-a-thon last week. He ran the most laps out of anyone in the entire school!
