I took off for Veteran’s Day, Jake and I met up with his buddy Nolan to go riding. Jake had a pretty good crash and got a nice black eye, and we had planned to take family pictures this weekend.
Tyler had a little bit of cough earlier in the week. We took him to get tested for covid and he was negative. We kept him home from school this week and he is all better now. Friends came over for pizza Friday night. It was rainy this weekend, so we just relaxed at home. We all watched The Wizard of Oz Saturday night. Sunday the boys helped me install the reupholstered couch and benches in the trailer.
Saturday was nice and cool, so Jake and I went riding. They just had a pro race at the track a couple weeks ago and Jake was hitting most of the same big jumps the pros did. It was rainy today, so we just relaxed at home.
Tyler started back going to school in person this week. He (and I) are very excited by it! 😊 He does the morning session with his teacher and the afternoon session at ESS. He has been excited to have some of his friends over for a Pokemon game and they came over Sunday. Jake’s buddy Mason spent the night Saturday and then they went racing at Glen Helen Sunday. He likes having someone other than me to hang out with at the races. He did well and got 2nd in one of his classes.
