The boys are enjoying the sun going down later having more time to play outside. Jake's buddy Maddox came over on Saturday night and they had a blast as usual. Today we went to the park, played soccer and went for a ride on the old Poway train, which Tyler really likes. There was a little creek and Jake managed to drench one foot, then the other. Reminds me of myself when I was young.

We also got their school pictures back which we'll try and send out soon.

We had an awesome time with Grandma Sharon, Grandpa and Grandma Warfield during their stay with us in San Diego. Jake and I took them on a boat tour in San Diego bay. We went to the light house on Point Loma and to the veteran memorial on Mount Soledad. Jake and I also took Grandpa flying around San Diego, although Jake took a little siesta during the flight. Tyler and Grandma Sharon bonded during night time story reading and she was a good sport boxing with Jake on the Wii.

The boys set a trap for a leprechaun, but the tricky thing got away and messed up the downstairs, he did drop some of his gold chocolate coins in the process though. The Ceglies came over Sunday for a BBQ. We were sad to see Grandma Sharon, Grandpa and Grandma Warfield head back to Maryland Monday morning, but we will see them soon when we make a trip out there in the fall.

A couple days behind. I left our camera at the Conte's house with all our pictures from the weekend on it.

Tyler got his first invite to a friend from school birthday party. It was at Chuck-E-Cheese, so Jake and Kristin met us there later. Jake would not be to happy if his little brother got to go to Chuck-E-Cheese and he didn't. Sunday we had a great dinner at the Conte's.

Grandma Sharon and Great Grandpa and Grandma Warfield are coming to visit on Thursday and everybody is excited to see them. Should be a nice, fun weekend.

Kristin and I are thankfully over our colds. The warm weather really helped. Today we went for a family bike ride.

Not such a great weekend because BOTH Mommy and Daddy spent most of it trying to get over the flu and colds. We still managed some energy to go to the park in Poway, ride bikes and dirt bikes. Mommy disinfected the house and washed all the sheets and cloths so hopefully the boys don't get it as well.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Mommy got her boys a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. I took Jake skiing for the first time Friday. He did amazing. By the end of the day we were going up the high-speed quad lift and he could make it down the long green runs without any help. He didn't want to stop, even to eat. Saturday we went to a bowling/arcade for Jakes friend Brenden's birthday party. Later we met Mommy, Tyler, Payton and Presley for dinner at Red Robin. The Ceglies came over on Sunday and the kids rode bikes. Tyler just about has the strider bike down.

It was a quiet ride home :)
