The boys had fun with Mommy on their day off school for Veteran's Day. Sunday the boys and I went riding at Pala. Kristin left early this morning for a business trip for a few days. This morning the boys burned some energy at the trampoline park. This afternoon we got the Sycamore Creek electric motorcycle club together for a ride to the local rope swing, and then some football at the park. Looking forward to our trip to Maryland for Thanksgiving.

We had a fun Halloween. It's not as fun on a weekday, but the boys have enough candy to last them a year. I think we finally finished up last year's candy back in September. Took Jake real mountain biking for the first time. He liked the downhill single track, but not a fan of the uphill climb out, but that's part of mountain biking.

The boys are excited Halloween is tomorrow. Tyler had his story-book parade and Halloween party at school on Friday. We had friends over to carve their jack-o-lanterns last night. Tyler finished this session of soccer. He has come a long way since last year when he didn't want to get the ball from other people. Took both boys riding today. Tyler is getting better every time.

Jake went to his Doctor and his foot is not broke. It is still sore but at least he doesn't have to use the crunches anymore (although he did enjoy the extra attention he was getting.) Tyler went on a class trip to the pumpkin patch this week. He's been counting down to it for the whole month.

The boys are excited Halloween is around the corner. Our neighbors had a pumpkin patch open house party complete with pumpkins and hay rides. Jake had a race today and in between moto's while he practiced on the small track, he had a small crash and definitely sprained his foot and might have a very small fracture. He has a splint and boot with crunches for a week to see if the tenderness goes away.
