Tyler and I had off Friday, so he, Dungey and I took the trailer up to the Pala race track to ride. Kristin brought Jake up after his soccer game and we camped there overnight and rode the next day. Today we did a family bike ride into town to get lunch, then Jake and I did some mountain biking at a trail close by. His new bike is working great for him.

 I couldn't find Dungey one night last week before bed, he was snuggling with Tyler.

The weather this "winter" has been awesome! The boys and I did a little trail riding Saturday morning. Sunday Jake had a race and Tyler came along to get some riding in.

 We stopped by the McDonalds near our old house. It seems like it was just yesterday when Jake was not big enough to climb up on this level of the play structure on his own that now comes up to his thigh!

The boys had a great time with Paw Paw the last couple weeks. We went to Supercross  Saturday night. We had great seats right by the first turn.

The boys have been enjoying Paw Paw while he is visiting us. We took him to the San Diego Safari Park on Friday. He went up but was not a big fan of the 400ft balloon ride over the park. We went camping and he watched Jake race and Tyler ride motorcycles over the weekend. His visit sure went by too fast. We are all going to miss him, but I think Dungey the dog will the most because Paw Paw always let Dungey clean his dinner plate.

We have been having a great time with Great Grandpa during his visit. He just blended right in with all our activities. Walking the dog, going to soccer games, helping with homework, going to friend’s birthday parties and watching the boys ride/race motorcycles. The boys have been showing him around our little town too. We took him to old Poway Park to ride the old train and check out the farmers market. We also took him to Lake Poway.  

We had a fun family weekend riding and camping at Pala with our friends the Owens. Jake had a race on Saturday and got 1st and 2nd place in his two classes. Tyler found a new riding buddy... Mommy! Tyler was showing Kristin how to zip around the track and told her to "Pin it Mommy!" Even Dungey came. He wasn't sleeping on the dog bed we got him so he slept with Jake and later figured out how to jump up to the elevator bed Kristin and I were on. We are all going to sleep good tonight!
