The boys and I had fun riding at the track Saturday. Jake had a soccer game Sunday and Tyler had friends over for a Pokémon battle.

Tyler and I took some neighbor friends to the beach to camp Friday night. Jake had a soccer game and team pictures on Saturday, so they met us there after that.

We went camping over the weekend at the track with friends. Jake raced Saturday and we rode a little Sunday. It was a hot one but we had fun. Tyler is starting a trial run of biking to/from school. If he provides responsible, he will be done with after school care and can ride home by himself after school is out.

Busy soccer weekend. Tyler had a game Friday evening and Jake had a tournament Saturday and Sunday. Other than that, just relaxing at home and went to the movies this evening.

Had a great birthday. We went sailing with friends and then Kristin organized a surprise party for me afterwards. Just relaxed today and enjoyed our little pool.

Tyler stared the 5th grade this week. He is super excited to get the teacher he really wanted. Jake goes back next week. Jake had a race Saturday and did very well. Took the boys to the skate park Sunday. We got Tyler a saxophone for school band and we will be sound proofing his room as soon as possible.

Tyler is enjoying his last few days of summer vacation as he starts school Wednesday. Jake doesn’t go back till the 30^th. Both are busy with soccer. Tyler started a new season Friday and got player of the game. Saturday, we went over to some friends for a cook out and the boys played Nerf war. Jake raced Sunday and got another 1^st place plaque to add to his always growing collection.
