Getting caught up on the blog with a busy January. Jake has been busy with wrestling and racing. He went to one of his race series’ awards dinners and picked up his first-place trophy’s in both his classes he competed in. He also went to the San Diego supercross with some friends. Tyler has been busy with Rugby and went to Universal Studios with a neighborhood friend. The boys had off Monday, so I took off and we went skiing.

We have another licensed driver in the house! I think Kristn and I are even happier since we are off the hook for driving him to/from practices. Tyler had his first Rugby tournament of the season. The boys and I did a little riding today.

We have a 16-year-old in the house!! We celebrated Jake's birthday by going to lunch at Red Robin and Jake took a few of his buddies to race go-carts, then back to our house for pizza and donut cake. The boys and I are headed to the desert over Kristin’s birthday and for some strange reason she does not want to spend it camping, so we celebrated a little early and went out for sushi.

We had a great Christmas! Grandma Gretchen came to spend it with us and Jake’s birthday. The Ceglie’s came over Christmas eve to play some pool. Tyler got a new gaming computer and Jake got a new stereo for his truck. One of the other gifts the boys got for Christmas was a ping pong table top for the pool table. They had fun playing with Grandma, she is pretty good!
