Unfortunately, Kristin had to travel to Toronto for business on Mother’s Day, so we celebrated Saturday. We washed and waxed her car, and the boys got her cards and flowers, then we took her to her favorite lunch spot, Red Robin. The boys and I are bacheloring it this week till she gets back on Friday.

 Jake had another race this weekend we met some friends and camped for. Tyler and I got a little riding in too.  

Kristin had a fun idea to try Ax throwing which we all really enjoyed. Jake had a race on Sunday and did very well. Tyler and I have been working together to get fitter. He is doing amazing and even motivates me to get up to go running in the morning.

Back to reality after our vacation. One of our neighbors donated an old wheelbarrow to Tyler’s to use with his recycling business. He made new handles for it and fixed it up. Even made a piece for it with his 3-D printer. Jake met some friends at the track and invited a “friend” to hang out with them.

Awesome, Awesome spring break trip to Oahu Hawaii! We did a lot in a week, surfing Waikiki, hike Diamond Head volcano cone, Submarine ride, para sailing, toured USS Arizona memorial, USS Bowfin WWII submarine, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, battleship USS Missouri, snorkeling Hanauma Bay, paddle boarding and catamaran snorkeling trip. Wish the trip was longer but we are happy to be back with Dungey.

Rainy Easter, but that’s ok, it was nice to hangout inside and relax for a change. Helped Jake change his oil and had a nice Easter diner.

Back from a two-week work trip to Sicily. While I was gone, Tyler had his Rugby end of season get together. Jake and I met some of his friends for a race this weekend up near Palmdale. Jake did awesome! Two second places and 2^nd in the series in one of his classes.
