Football season has officially begun. Both boys’ team won their first game. Tyler’s pic was used on the schools Instagram story. Jake has been fishing in between school, football and work. He got a nice bass the other evening.

The boys survived their first week back at school. Football has been going great. Both played well in scrimmage games last Friday at Point Loma. They went to the MORP school dance together on Saturday.

The boys had a fun time at football camp in Arizona. Great way for the team to bond before school and the season starts. We went beach camping with friends when they got back. Jake is dog sitting a neighbor’s dog this week that looks like it could be a cousin to Dungey.

We celebrated Tyler’s 15^th trip around the sun. We celebrated a couple days early since I had a work trip. Both boys are in Arizona for football camp this week.

Awesome summer so far. Went to Jake’s friend (Ellie) graduation party last weekend. We combined our family vacation this year with Jake’s race at Mammoth. Jake did amazing against a lot of tough competition from all over the west coast. Extremely proud of how well he did his first time there. Also cool he got to hang out with his good friend who moved there a few years ago. Tyler, Kristin and I got in some awesome biking around the town and the lakes. Both boys started summer football today.
