Pretty good weekend even though it’s was a little rainy. We made a trip to Chuck E Cheese on Saturday and today the Sun came out enough for Kristin and Jake to go to the Wild Animal Park with Jake’s little girlfriend Presley.

We had a fun visit with the cousins, Uncle Pete, Aunt Kelly and Grandma Gretchen. Jake was not happy to see them go. Cousin Cody is ready to move here. At his house in Idaho there is 2 feet of snow on the ground and temps down to low 30’s. Ty got an ear infection, but super Mommy Kristin recognized it early so we got him some meds and he is getting better. He is so happy all the time it’s hard to tell when he is sick.

Cody, Conner, Kendell, Uncle Pete, Aunt Kelly and Grandma Gretchen came to visit us in San Diego for a few days. Needless to say Jake is extremely excited. We didn't tell him so it would be a surprise (also so he wouldn’t ask us every five minutes when Cody and Conner where going to get here). They got in last night and we had a fun day today. We went and saw the helicopters at my work, went to the beach, then checked out the aircraft carrier museum on the USS Midway, all followed up by dinner at the Corvette dinner. Tomorrow is Sea World.

Jake had an excellent first week of Pre-School. He loves it. The teachers say he fits in as if he has been there all along. His ear infection is all better and it didn’t slow him down for even a half a second. Tyler is doing well too. Still as happy as ever. He is up to 19 pounds and we have to get him a bigger car seat. The preemie who was born 6 weeks early and who is only 8 months old now is too long for his infant one.
