Jake got his yellow belt last week and he is very proud. It has helped motivate Tyler to try harder so he can get his and he is doing pretty good. Jake had a race last week at a track he has never been to before up near LA. It was hot & windy and there where a ton of people. One of his classes had 26 kids in it. He had a good slide out in the mud. Luckily we had spare riding gear. Even with that he got 4th and 5th in his two classes. Tyler starts full days of kindergarten this week. He is doing very well and getting great reports back. He even got to eat lunch with the principle for exhibited good character.

Not too much to report. Jake passed his first Karate test. He gets his yellow/white belt this week. Tyler is starting to figure it out and getting better. The school district is providing transportation for Jake to/from his new school so he started riding the bus this week.  Their buddy Mason had a spend-over Saturday night. Nerf gun wars, movies and pop-corn.

I tell you what, these boys have it made, non-stop fun. Sleep-over with friends Friday night. On Saturday morning Ty had Soccer and then Jake took his first Karate test for his yellow/white belt. We find out if he passed this week. Then we went to the KTM store and the park. Then Jake's buddy Mason came over for a sleep over Saturday night, followed by racing on Sunday with Mason and Nolan.
Enjoy the sleep-over's now Jake and Ellie,
because this isn't going to fly in a few years!!

Jake had his first week at the New Bridge school and loves it. It's so awesome to see him excited about school. The boys have been getting in to their Nerf gun's lately so I built them a place to store their arsenal. We've have family Nerf battle most nights and Kristin has proven to be a pretty good shot!

We did the Home Depot kids workshop Saturday after Tyler's soccer. Ty lost his first tooth. I think wrestling in the pool with his brother might have helped it come out a little sooner than expected. The boys went riding with friends on Sunday. Tyler is starting to show some speed. He was racing his little friends and was blowing them away. Jake better watch out!

Thank goodness for safety goggles!
