Just enjoying the summer. No racing this weekend just some riding for fun at Pala Saturday morning. Saturday evening we had Jake's race buddy Mason over with his family for a bbq and our neighborhood summer party. Today was swimming at friend's house and back to our house for a bbq. Jake starts summer school tomorrow at a special school that can help him with reading and his dyslexia.

Tabby must be getting soft in her old age. Now she sits with Jake and lets him pet her.

Had a great weekend and Father's Day. Both Jake and Tyler raced Saturday at Perris MX. It was a hot one but both boys did well and had fun. Spent today cooling off in the pool and went for an adventure ride to a nearby tree swing. Kristin made me an awesome steak and shrimp dinner.

Summer is officially here! The boys last day of school was Thursday. Tyler had his last tee-ball game and team party afterwards at Round table pizza. He is very proud of his trophy. Jake has his end of year play at school. It was about bugs so he wanted to be a praying mantis (his favorite bug that he sees at his Great Grandpa George's house). Jake's coach nominated him for the honor of receiving the Cameron McAfee sportsmanship award for his team. Jake had his team party at a teammate's house for a pool party on Saturday. Kristin and I went to Lake Havasu for the weekend with some friends. Mrs. Stephanie, Jakes very first pre-school teacher, stayed at our house to watch the boys and Dungey.

Summer is just about here. Last week of school for the boys. Jake finished up baseball Saturday. Unfortunately they didn't make it far in the playoffs but he and his teammates really put up a fight for some close games. Tyler has one more game on Tuesday and his team party afterwards. It's getting warmer so we set up our pool in the backyard and the boys went swimming in it and at Presley's over the weekend. Jake met his reading goals this month so he picked going to Chuck-E-Cheese's for his reward and he wanted to take Presley with him.
