The boys took Dungey to Pets in the Poway Park on Saturday. Tyler really liked the petting zoo and feeding the baby goats. Today we had Tyler's best friend Grayson and his family over for a BBQ.

Not too much going on this weekend, which was nice for a change.

Birthday party weekend. Jake went to a friends' birthday party on Friday & Saturday, and Tyler went to one on Sunday. We had friends over Saturday evening and the boys broke out the pie-in-the face game for allot of laughs. Jake had another race on Sunday. It was a muddy mess in the morning but he still managed to get 1st and 2nd overall in his two classes.

For the past few weeks Tyler has been logging his reading time for his class's "Reading Olympics". He read enough to win a gold medal! It was a little rainy on Saturday so the boys went to the trampoline warehouse to burn some energy. Sunday Jake had the last race of the series he is doing. He had trouble getting good starts in the first few motos, but he worked hard getting through the pack of 13 kids to get near the leaders. We practiced his starts in between moto's and he got the hole-shot on the last race. He got 2nd and 3rd overall for his classes and ended up getting 1st in one of his classes for the whole five race series.

Our neighbors dog really likes hanging out with the boys.
