Another weekend of motorcycle racing, just not Jake this time. Pro motocross racing came to our local track for the first time in 8 years, so we went camping and watched the races over the weekend with our friends. It was pretty cool watching the pro's race on the same track the boys race and ride on.

 The boys got autographs from the KTM riders Marvin Musquin and Cooper Web.

So happy to have Kristin home after her two-week business trip to Amsterdam. Since we missed it last week, we celebrated Mother’s Day today and took her out to lunch. We have been busy while she was away. Both boys started back up with soccer. Jake had off school Friday so we biked with Tyler to school. Jake had a race Saturday, Tyler and I rode too on the other tracks between his races. This is a new series that races on a mini supercross track. The jumps are CRAZY, but Jake did great and got a first and third place trophy in his two classes that he somehow managed to fit on his already really crowded trophy stand.

Happy Mother’s Day!

One week down, one week to go till Mommy gets home from her business trip. Jake went on school camp Thursday night so Tyler and I went out to dinner for pizza. I filled in for Mom at Tyler’s Mother’s Day celebration at school.  Jake’s racing buddy Mason spent the weekend with us and he and Jake raced at our local track Saturday with their friend Nolan. Tyler rode on the practice track and hit his first jump!! Today the boys rode scooters at the skate park and then we did some yard work.

Kristin is off to Amsterdam for 2 WEEKS!! The boys and I had a busy weekend. Friday was the school Country Fair. We did some work around the house Saturday morning. The boys went to one of Jake's classmates birthday party and then we had friends over to watch the last round of Supercross. Jake had a race today at Glen Helen and Tyler helped him with the mechanic duties.
