Things are great here in San Diego. Both boys are doing great in soccer. Both got player of the week this week. Pretty relaxing Saturday, just went to the skate park. Jake had a race Sunday and did AWESOME!! He got 5th (out of 20) in the really hard class and 1^st in the Novice class out of 16. 

Tyler went with Kristin to a neighbor’s and had fun playing with their little girls (can’t you tell) :)

Poor Dungey had a growth on his foot that had to be surgically removed. He is going well but has to wear a split for a few weeks to keep the weight off it.

Nice relaxing weekend for a change. We didn’t do much but sleep in and relax, and it was awesome! Did take the boys to the skate park and trampoline warehouse to burn some energy, but not much other than that.

The boys and I had a great time at the Mini Majors race last week. Even Dungey had fun. Four days of riding and racing for kids only. They had lots of fun things for the kids to do… they had a bmx pump track, they rented out a real bmx track for a night, and one night we went to the sprint car races right next door. Kristin is back from Amsterdam and we are finally all home together at the same time.

I’m back from my trip and Kristin is off on another work trip, this time to Amsterdam for a week. We did get to see each other in the airport for 15 minutes. She and the boys did great while I was gone. They had a great Halloween. Today we met Jake’s buddy Mason for some riding at our local track.

On a truly sadder note, my mother passed away peacefully the week before. She loved to spoil the boys and they, as anyone who knew her, will dearly miss her.
