We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving in the desert with friends.

The boys and I met some friends to ride Saturday. Tyler tried out Jake's 85, it looks like he is ready to move up to a bigger bike soon. Jake's good friend who used to go to his school is in town, so Jake is spending the night at his house. 

I took off for Veteran’s Day, Jake and I met up with his buddy Nolan to go riding. Jake had a pretty good crash and got a nice black eye, and we had planned to take family pictures this weekend. 

Jake's Great, Great Grandfather worked on a Nike missile battery,

 so it's pretty neat for us to build a model rocket of one.

It's awesome having yard helpers!

I got the boys a BB gun. 

I’m quite sure I will regret this later.

Tyler had a little bit of cough earlier in the week. We took him to get tested for covid and he was negative. We kept him home from school this week and he is all better now. Friends came over for pizza Friday night. It was rainy this weekend, so we just relaxed at home. We all watched The Wizard of Oz Saturday night. Sunday the boys helped me install the reupholstered couch and benches in the trailer.

    The boys had fun carving jack-o-lanterns and trick or treating around the neighborhood. Thursday the boys met their friend Mason for some riding at mini-night and Jake raced today.
