Tyler had his 3rd trip to Urgent Care. He crashed on his
bicycle on the sidewalk and busted his chin open needing 5 stitches. Of course
it was on Daddies watch... again. He was pretty good on the Dr. table until
they had to hold his head and arms down to sew him up and that he did not
like. He is doing well now and we get his stitches out tomorrow.
We tried the Lowes kids
workshop on Saturday. We had neighborhood friends over Saturday evening. Took
Jake to ride his bike at the skate park today and then we did a few laps on the
electric dirt bikes this evening.
The boys made Incredible Hulk tank cars
Neighborhood gang. Notice Tyler is laying with his head in Presley's lap so she can rub his head.
The kids played some water pong when the adults took a break. Jake had to carry his team.
Good to hear that Tyler is recovering from the accident! I know how frightening it may seem to be when the doctor is stitching the wounds. I really like the pictures from the Lowes kids workshop. At least, these kinds of activities keep the kids busy without them thinking about yet another doctors visit. Hopefully, this time it will be painless and fun!
